Dalton ruer sliding
Coach Dalton Ruer is one of the most amazing coaches I know. He is the founder of Cross Training, an organization that trains young women and teaches them the skills needed to play the game of fast pitch softball from the beginning stages of the game to the elite and college skill levels. He emphasizes not only the skills necessary to play the game of softball, but the character needed to succeed in the game of life. Here is a short segment from one of his sliding DVD's. You can also purchase one of Coach Dalton training DVD's by clicking here.
